There is Salsa at Penshurst RSL every Monday night, Rock and Roll at Penshurst RSL every Thursday night, New Vogue Seniors Social Dancing  at Penshurst RSL every Thursday Afternoon and Seniors Exercise Classes Wednesday morning at Morris Iemma Sports Centre Riverwood to 50s, 60s and 70s music.
