About the Event
Explore the bustling streets of Cabramatta, home to Australia's largest population of Vietnamese migrants and some of the best Vietnamese and Asian food.
Bus leaves at 8.45 outside Our Lady of Fatima Church
First stop: Taste the delicious Vietnamese coffee at the NHO cafe Bankstown it’s like you are in Saigon (own cost -  check online menu).
Second stop: We visit the Mingyie Lay Buddhist temple, the largest in the Southern Hemisphere. Â A tour guide will tell us the history of the temple and Asian migration to Cabramatta.
Third stop: Walk around John Street Cabramatta, taste the fresh juices of sugar cane, and a taste of rice paper roll. Â Later we will have a Korean BBQ buffet lunch (cook your own meat) - Â all included
After lunch visit the arrays of gold, textile and clothes shops, the amazing varieties of fresh fruit and vegetables, the different bakery and cake shops etc…
Returning to Lugarno about 4.30pm
