About the Event
During the 90 minute walking tour, we will visit former gun emplacements underground tunnels and other military relics dating back to the 1870s and learn about how the site played a crucial role in the defence of Sydney Harbour.
Travel details:
8.42am Train from Riverwood arriving Circular Quay at 9.25am
9.50am Ferry to Taronga Zoo from Wharf 4 arriving at 10.02am - 1 min walk to bus
10.07am Bus 238 to Middle Head Road after Gordon Street (10.16am) walk to Headland Park (plenty of time).
Tour begins at 11am
