About the Event
Enjoy the flavor and the food of Turkey in this food safari tour.
We leave outside Our Lady of Fatima at 9am sharp and head to Auburn to cafe Bodrum for Turkish tea or coffee and cake at own expense and then visit the Gallipoli mosque. It's an Ottoman style mosque used by Turkish Australians.
We then visit the Auburn Botanic Garden followed by a wander down Auburn road to enjoy the multicultural shops Turkish, Afghani Lebanese, Vietnamese etc…
Then it is lunch at the the New Star Restaurant for a Turkish lunch (paid)
Finally Turkish delight and Turkish sweets at Gaziantep at your own expense.
We return to Lugarno around 4pm
